Another year is coming to an end… 2025 was a year of refinement. A year in which we strengthened our structure, improved our tools, and redesigned much of our portfolio. It was a year of quiet but decisive progress that built a stronger company for the future. What happened this year? Let us look together…
A stronger organisation
Inside Light4U, we introduced a more defined structure: new management, expanded teams, clearer roles, and faster communication. New sales account managers support international markets, while marketing and production are strengthened with the expertise needed for the next phase of our growth. The technical department also got additional support for supply chain and product development.
A portfolio built for performance
This year, we took a significant step forward in product development. Almost our entire range transitioned to high-efficiency versions, improving performance by up to 20% compared to our previous standard options. We also introduced new families of products:
- Egir – compact yet powerful track spot, designed for projects that require smaller luminaires without sacrificing output.
- Hodur – functional lighting for storage areas, back-of-house zones and secondary rooms in larger projects.
- Donar XS – small, durable, IP65-rated downlight, the smallest from the refurbishment family Donar.
Production built for speed and precision
2025 also transformed the way we produce light. We introduced a new I-line for fast, linear, step-by-step assembly and a new U-line for flexible production of mixed orders. Together, they help us reduce lead times, simplify workflow and increase output without compromising quality. We also confirmed our ENEC certification, confirming that our products are safe and meet the highest standards.
New tools and calibrated devices now support our teams in daily work. They improve accuracy, support ergonomics and help ensure consistent results at every assembly table. Additionally, we completely redesigned the production spaces and installed new lighting and furniture.
Sustainability that moves forward
Our commitment to responsibility grew this year. We removed printed manuals and switched entirely to digital instructions. We optimised packaging to reduce waste, volume and transport impact. And by upgrading products to higher efficiency, we help reduce energy consumption in every installation.
These are small steps with a real impact.
A more unmistakable voice and a stronger presence
We also improved the way Light4U communicates. A new website and refined login portal make product information easier to access. Product pages now include more project photos and updated technical content, while a dedicated Project page brings real-world applications to the foreground.
We are also working on the Light4U Academy, a practical knowledge platform for designers, installers and distributors. Across Europe, we met partners during exhibitions, showroom visits and online sessions, increasing our visibility and sharpening our message.
