  • Please note our return policy:

    Goods can only be returned after registration via our website and after approval by our sales department. Once approved, you will receive further instructions for the return. Please consider the following when returning items:

    • Items will not be processed without the website registration and approval from our sales department;
    • Refunds will only be made if items are received undamaged and in their original packaging;
    • Items left over from a project can’t be returned.

    If your return does not comply with the aforementioned points, your request will not be accepted.
