This month, Hylke Braaksma joined Light4U as our new Sales Support colleague. With fresh energy, a direct communication style and a practical mindset, he strengthens the commercial team across several areas of the organisation.
Hylke is 27 years old and lives in Stiens. Outside of work, he enjoys running and is currently training for a half marathon, with the goal of completing a full marathon in the future. In his free time, he also enjoys watching movies and spending time with friends and family.
After deciding to discontinue his studies, Hylke chose to step into a professional environment where he could gain hands-on experience and grow in a practical setting. Light4U offered exactly that opportunity. Although this is his first full-time role, he has already shown that he learns quickly and adapts efficiently to new responsibilities.

Within his role, Hylke is mainly involved in the Netherlands market. In addition, he contributes to logistics, assembly, and export activities as needed. His flexibility and proactive attitude allow him to move easily between departments and assist where required.
