About the role
We are looking for a Quality & Service Support employee with a practical and accurate working approach. In this versatile role, you ensure that our goods flow runs smoothly and correctly—from incoming deliveries to outgoing shipments.
You will prepare packing slips, organize transport, manage return and service orders, and check the quality of incoming goods for both Light4U and Karizma Luce.
In this position, you act as the link between Sales, Logistics, and Purchasing, ensuring clear communication and reliable processes. You report directly to the Technical Manager.
What will you do?
- Prepare and process packing slips and shipping documentation for sales orders
- Organize national and international shipments, including all related transport documentation
- Manage return and service orders in collaboration with sales, logistics, and purchasing
- Check the quality and completeness of incoming goods (e.g. correct packaging and product dimensions)
Who are you?
- You have a practical and accurate working style
- Experience in a logistics, quality, or administrative role is a plus
- You are able to collaborate and communicate effectively across departments
- You have basic knowledge of administrative systems (ERP or Excel)
- You are motivated, responsible, and well-organized
Education and background
MBO-level education (level 3–4) in Logistics, Quality Management, or a similar field. Relevant examples include:
- Logistics Employee (MBO level 3)
- Quality Control Employee (MBO level 3/4)
- Quality Management (MBO or equivalent)
Language skills
Good command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written, with the ability to communicate clearly.
Employment details
- Part-time position, with the prospect of a permanent contract
- Contract duration: 12 months
- Salary: starting from €2,500 gross per month
- Expected hours: up to 32 hours per week
