Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming an excellent team from Maas & Hagoort to Light4U and Karizma Luce. A group of enthusiastic professionals from various departments visited to learn about our work. From product development and assembly to photometric testing and marketing.
Together with our R&D and technical manager, we walked through every step of our process: how we order and handle materials, assemble luminaires, perform thermal and photometric measurements, and continuously develop new products. The visit also included an exclusive look at our upcoming portfolio, including special luminaires designed for museum projects, such as those featuring the Infinity system.
Our sales team for the Dutch market — Jos Pol, Rick van Goor, Andries Mulder, and Niels Klijnstra — made sure everything went smoothly. Their hospitality, product knowledge, and sense of humour created a relaxed and friendly atmosphere throughout the day.
We also explored our new showroom, expanded production hall, and the latest luminaires that will soon be added to our commercial lighting range. Beyond the technical aspects, we discussed ways to enhance our joint market visibility and continue building our long-term partnership.
The day ended with a cosy dinner and warm conversations — a perfect reminder that behind every luminaire, it’s people and partnerships that make the real difference.
