Lighting That Grows with You

Project: Pink and Blue

Realised by: Sali Elektrik

At Pink and Blue, a children’s concept store in Albania, lighting was used to shape a welcoming and imaginative retail environment. With softly coloured shelves, playful forms, and a clean layout, the store needed lighting that would highlight detail without overpowering the calm atmosphere. To achieve this, Sali Elektrik selected the Weda HE and Irmin Opal TR HE from Light4U. Together, they create a layered lighting design that balances focus, comfort, and clarity.

Layered Light for Product and Comfort

The Weda HE track spotlight plays a key role in accentuating display zones and enhancing colour vibrancy. With high CRI and precise beam control, it draws attention to featured items such as toys, strollers, and baby accessories. Mounted across flexible track systems, the spotlight adapts easily to shifting product layouts and seasonal displays.

To complement the accent lighting, Irmin Opal TR HE delivers smooth and uniform general illumination. Its wide 110° beam and opal diffuser provide a clean, soft light that helps reduce contrast and supports visual comfort. This makes the store easy to navigate and visually relaxing for parents and children alike.

A Lighting Concept That Supports Retail Flow

Both luminaires integrate seamlessly into the ceiling architecture and align with the store’s design palette. The track system adds flexibility for future layout changes, while the combination of focused and ambient lighting ensures every area receives the right intensity and tone.

Thanks to the collaboration with Sali Elektrik, this project highlights how the right lighting system can shape not just visibility, but also atmosphere and engagement. Pink and Blue feels playful, clear, and carefully illuminated — a space that invites discovery and makes shopping easy for families.
