Modern flexible office lighting

Project: Modern flexible office lighting

Realised by: Mabalux AG

This project combines open workspaces, meeting areas, transparent partitions, and industrial architectural elements into one adaptable office environment. The lighting concept had to support this flexibility while keeping the interior visually calm and structured.

This project demonstrates how flexible office lighting can support workspaces while maintaining a clean and comfortable architectural appearance. This is achieved by integrating Weda HE luminaires from Light4U into the track system throughout the office. The compact spotlights provide focused illumination where needed without disturbing the clean ceiling appearance.

Balanced light for working environments

Combined with linear lighting, the result is a balanced environment with comfortable light distribution and clear spatial organisation. Large open areas remain evenly illuminated, while workstations and meeting zones receive additional accents to create depth and definition within the space.

The minimalist design of Weda HE allows the lighting to integrate naturally into the architecture without drawing unnecessary attention.

Flexible office Lighting evolves with the space

The track-based system also allows flexibility for future changes. Luminaires can easily be repositioned or adjusted when layouts evolve, making the lighting infrastructure suitable for dynamic working environments.

Exposed ventilation ducts, curtain divisions, and open architectural lines define the project’s character. The lighting supports these elements without overpowering them, creating a workspace that feels technical, functional, and comfortable at once.
