For Bike Totaal Chris Jacobs, the lighting complements the store’s open, industrial character. Exposed ceiling elements, black details, timber and greenery create a robust but welcoming retail environment, while the black track system follows the architecture naturally. The lighting becomes part of the interior and adds structure, contrast, and focus to the large showroom.

Ymir fits this concept particularly well. Its distinctive shape complements the industrial interior, while the deeply positioned light source reduces direct glare and creates comfortable, controlled illumination throughout the space. The robust aluminium housing supports reliable thermal performance and a long lifetime, making Ymir suitable for intensive use in a demanding retail environment.

High luminous flux and efficiency make Ymir a strong choice for the large open retail area, where both general illumination and focused accents are needed. Different beam angles allow individual bicycles, displays, and key zones to be highlighted, while wider distributions create an even, inviting light level across the showroom. The track installation also keeps the lighting flexible when displays or store layouts change over time.

For product presentation, Ymir is available with very high colour rendering and a dedicated Retail spectrum. This helps colours, metallic finishes, textiles and other materials remain vivid and clearly defined. The bicycles stand out with greater depth and detail, while the overall lighting creates a lively, high-quality atmosphere that supports the store’s character and the products on display.
